We invest in tools. We learn information. At the same time, a part of us knows our body and heart are craving something deeper than another plan on paper. We are looking for emotional support and a space where the real issues can come forward and be seen.
Coach Lesley brings nearly a decade of experience blending EFT with emotional wellness coaching, and a B.A. in Psychology focused on emotional healing. For nearly a decade, she has worked with a wide range of clients with emotional and life challenges. This is our first dedicated Weight Release Support Group for women who live with emotional eating and are ready for a different way.

Daily prompts help notice emotions, tap through tension with EFT, and journal what shifts and triggers. This offers steady support and a gentle introduction to this way of working.
Step 2 Apply for the Weight Release Support Group & 1:1 Interview
When you feel ready to go deeper, the next step is completing a simple application and scheduling a 1:1 interview. We ensure the group feels like a good fit for needs, time, and readiness for emotional healing.
This group is for women who carry extra weight, cravings, and emotional eating as part of their story, and who feel ready to address the root emotional issues that hold the weight in place.

One-to-one time to choose whatever you would like to work on. It takes you where you need to go.

To set the tone for the week emotionally and energetically, built from what came up in the group the previous week.
For women accustomed to the Standard American Diet, any step toward cleaner or more intentional eating can feel intense. Inside this group, we use EFT to ease that tension and soften the emotional charge around change. Choices feel more natural and effortless than ever before. We also address the root emotional issues that hold extra weight in place.
In this space, we will release the tension with EFT and it will be more effortless than ever before.
We will also explore health issues through science and perspectives many physicians have not encountered yet. Healing reflects both emotional and physical understanding, to move forward with confidence and grace.
The daily EFT and journaling prompts create space each day to:

• Tap through what is being carried, instead of swallowing it with food.
• Put experiences on paper to see patterns and progress.
Each small moment of tapping and journaling is a way of choosing yourself and caring for your emotional body, which reflects in your presence and physical body.
